Scope of renovations include new Tenant Fitness Center’s, Lounge’s and Management Offices to Residential Lobby, Elevators, Corridors and Rooftop Deck.

    In addition, generally provide firm marketing support including conducting and presenting NYC Zoning bulk studies, producing evocative conceptual renderings / feasibility studies for prospective clients, curating RFP presentations and leading website maintenance.

Further specifications include: 12 sq ft model base and 27 buildings in total, including proposals; all constructed of white museum board.
